Job Introduction

The role of the Senior Finance Analyst in Group Finance is to work to deliver group level reporting and analysis, in line with the requirements of the finance calendar and business stakeholders.

Please note that this is a 12-month FTC opportunity. 

Main Responsibilities

Utilising various WG&S systems, complex financial models and data sources you will process data gathered and produce the consolidated output of the Group’s financial performance. You will work closely with the Financial Planning Team leader to provide group level reporting to stakeholders, which will explain business performance.

You will work closely with a variety of people throughout the Group, building your network both internally in Group Finance and with a number of contacts based at the many different locations William Grant & Sons operate around the globe.  

Understanding, and effectively utilising, the WG&S data systems will be pivotal to the role, along with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data. You will build a comprehensive understanding of what drives financial performance within the business
