As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Lead, you will be the driving force behind our DE&I roadmap, championing initiatives that foster a culture of belonging and respect. You will work closely with leadership and employees across all levels to embed diversity and inclusion into every facet of our business, to improve DE&I in every part of our business, every year.

Main Responsibilities

You will own the development and coordination of the global DE&I corporate plan to enable and promote the building of an organisation with a culture that supports the Company Values, where employees can all be their best and bring their whole selves to work.

You will proactively work with our global Business Units and employee network groups to plan all DE&I activities, track progress with data and provide thought leadership on best practice

Our Ideal Candidate

Candidates must have a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion with a track record of driving meaningful change.

You should have demonstrable experience in leading DE&I initiatives, preferably within a global organisation, and be an innovative thinker, with the ability to develop and implement creative and future-focused ideas.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others are also required; and you should be skilled in analysing and using data to inform decisions and measure success.
