Job Introduction

Join our regional Latin America team and drive the growth of William Grant & Sons brands in South America! You will lead the development and execution of marketing and commercial strategies, aligning with our regional plan and global vision. You must have strong experience in P&L management and extensive experience in optimizing third-party distribution networks, ensuring sustainable profit streams. In this role you will inspire and lead a team with your expertise and collaborate with marketing teams to implement brand plans and leverage market insights. You will build strong internal and external relationships, drive compliance, and ensure the company's brand portfolio is high performing across South America's vibrant market, for now and the long term.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the sustainable growth of the William Grant & Sons portfolio across assigned markets, including management and delivery of the annual P&L targets.

Manage and develop distributor management tools to embed a strong culture of planning and execution of performance and activation of brands priorities.

Manage the compliance of the region, ensuring compliance with the relevant regulatory frameworks.

Build strong awareness of external market trends and developments to support commercial and operational decisions.

Oversee Route to Consumer approach to identify and unlock next generation growth opportunities for the portfolio.

Leverages full cross-functional resources within William Grant & Sons to build long-term win/win relationship with distributors.

You will have experience of managing distributors in the region and/or key account management. 

You are a dynamic leader with proven people leadership skills to inspire and motivate our team.

Highly numerate with an equal focus on the top and bottom-line, you are used to operating in a complex and fast-moving environment to deliver results.

Your entrepreneurial, collaborative style sees you build win-win relationships with all with whom you interact.
