Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity to join a very motived, high-performance team as Head of Marketing - LatAm. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director for 3rd Party Markets, with a dotted line report into the Regional Managing Director, LatAm, you will be responsible in leading the marketing agenda and delivering the next phase of growth across the LatAm markets including Mexico, Colombia & Chile. Working closely with a broad range of internal teams and the 3rd party distributor network, you will be leading the Reginal Marketing Managers and Customer Marketing Manager in the region to support the delivery of the marketing and commercial growth agenda.

Main Responsibilities

Work together with Regional Managing Director, Global Marketing Director 3rd Party Markets and Global Brand Teams to deliver the portfolio strategy and influence the delivery of locally relevant assets and tools. Build executable and relevant plans, consistent with global guidelines. Ensure effective implementation of plans across key priority BMCs within LatAm and drive cross market learning. Provide leadership to the Customer Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Managers, ensuring as a team you operate efficiently and effectively in a cross functional environment and lead marketing capability building to enable long-term brand growth. The role operates within both the BBU Global 3PM Marketing Team and the LatAm Regional Leadership Team.

Our Ideal Candidate

An experienced Senior Marketeer, armed with strong interpersonal and influence skills, as well as a solid commercial acumen, you will have had experience of leading and delivering a brand building and growth agenda across multiple brands and markets.

The role is based out of the WG&S office in Miami.
